Bonventure Child Safety Standards Policy
Last Updated: November 17, 2025

By using the Bonventure app, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and abide by the Child Safety Standards Policy.

Bonventure is a map-based experience management tool and social networking application developed by Boenventure, LLC ("we", "us", "our”). Together with the Bonventure “Terms of Service”, “Privacy Policy”, “Community Guidelines” ("Guidelines") and this “Child Safety Standards Policy” govern your use of the Bonventure application, website, and services (collectively, "Bonventure"). By accessing or using Bonventure, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read this policy fully to the end of the document.

This Policy only applies to your personal and community engagement on Bonventure. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other social media and community engagement platforms.

Our mission is to build technologies supporting open and inclusive community engagement. We want to foster a thoughtful, constructive and growing community that respects individual rights and personalities and provides as best it can for the personal preferences of its members. These Guidelines set out some parameters and expectations for your involvement in the Bonventure community specifically as it relates to Child Safety. Our community guidelines and standards will continue to evolve with feedback, and regular review of ongoing community engagement, and in compliance with regulatory laws and standards. The primary goal of the Bonventure Child Safety Policy is to create a safe and healthy community space free of any material that may be used in a manner that threatens the safety of children and violates a child’s human rights.

Bonventure prohibits users from creating, uploading, or distributing content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children. And users that do not follow this strict policy will face lockdown of their user account, deletion of their posts, and will be subject to reporting to regulatory authorities by Bonventure.

Bonventure prohibits predatory behavior towards children. Predatory behavior includes (and is not necessarily excluded to):

  • Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).

  • Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).

  • Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).

  • Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).

  • Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).

Bonventure prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). If you believe that a post has been made that potentially falls under one of the patterns of predatory behavior bulleted above, please access the menu buttons on the post in question and tap the “Report Post” button. The Bonventure team will then review the post and take appropriate action. If a post is determined to violate CSAE standards, Bonventure will remove the post and suspend the user account responsible for making the post. Bonventure will also report the offensive material to the “National Center for Missing and Exploited Children” (https://report.cybertip.org/) and/or the relevant regional authority.
